Welcome to the website of the Dedham Horticultural Society (DHS). Learn more about the Society and the events organised for members and everyone interested in gardening and horticulture.

Click here to download and complete the form to become a member for just £10 a year, which gives free or subsidised admission to our talks and activities. Members also benefit from access to a discount card allowing a 50% discount on entry to the Royal Horticultural Society’s five flagship gardens. Whether you live in Dedham or not, everyone’s welcome to join.

Once completed you can email the form (or a photo of it) to us at dedhamgardening@gmail.com, post it to us (or drop it in by hand) at 32 Forge Street, Dedham CO7 6AR or bring it along to one of our events.

NEW 2 July 2026 The Show Schedule can be downloaded here and the Entry Form here for the Autumn Show.  Use these to tell us the classes that you’d like to enter. We have a new dahlia trophy this year alongside the Novice Trophy that we launched last autumn. Read more on the Autumn Show page and get your entries in by 5pm on Tuesday 1 September.
